The Food

Well what people have told you about the food on cruises is all true. It is fantastic. We've been to all inclusive a before but this is so much better. The challenge is to not over eat. You can always get more and try as many things as you like. On Saturday night we went to the Grand dining room to have supper and it was great. Marisa had the Veal Oscar and I went for the chef's signature dish of roasted chicken. So well prepared and professionally served. On Sunday we had dinner with a couple from Calgary at the Pollo restaurant (steakhouse menu). Marisa had the surf and turf and I had the small 20 oz porterhouse. An excellent meal with great conversation. Tonight we returned to the Grand Dining Room and enjoyed a Duck a La Ronge suggested menu.
Last night was a trip to Jaques the executive chef of the ship. Met a very nice couple and enjoyed a lobster thermadore and Marisa had Coquelles St. Jaques. (Scallops)  We've been very fortunate on this trip to have been able to dine some very interesting people.
